You can segment the areas, parts you want to see with using TomoShop®.
TomoShop® has the features for bridging a gap between CT(MRI) data and 3D printing.

Segmentation

Usually, CT and MRI 3D data are reproduced in all parts where the subject was scanned by the detector, and there are many cases in which a lot of unnecessary parts are included. Select only the part you want to model. TomoShop Series can extract parts that are not necessary and extract only the necessary parts.

Clipping Tool

While viewing the 3D image, you can delete unnecessary parts by enclosing them with a curve.

 

You can easily erase the part you want to erase by enclosing it with a free curve!!!

*For TomoShop Viewer Series, Clipping (by Using Free Curve in the 3D Screen ) tool is available only with Lab and Pro

Volume Editing Tools

Volume Editing tools are used for extraction of fine parts and complicated shapes that are impossible with adjustment of histogram operation and cropping tools. It also can add the new shapes as well as modifying the existing shapes.

Coloring

TomoShop® has functions to color 3D image, and paste those color data on to the stereolithography data.
