Oblique cone-beam CT(Planar CT, PCT) reconstruction

Oblique CT is a CT system with oblique cone beam CT system.
Oblique CT irradiate X-ray on an object from oblique angle and a detector collect X-ray projection data from each direction corresponding to each oblique angles.

In general, oblique CT system has a rotating table. The sample object can be set on this table that is rotating while collecting projection data.
Oblique CT system can collect projection data by shifting the detector from vertical to horizontal position.

Usually, conventional cone beam CT can hardly collect projection data of large sized substrate that has high aspect ratio. However, oblique CT is able to collect projection data of substrate or flatter shaped objects, and can observe damaged areas of those objects.
