(Fried Noodles)

"This recipie use Pork, but You can use any other meat or you can make it as a vegitarian fried noodle."

Ingredients (Serving for 2)

  • Yakisoba Noodle (you can buy it in the local super market or in the Asian food shops: 2 packs
  • Pork(boneless pork rib,slice into thin pieces) :100g
  • Cabbage: 2green head cabbage leaves
    • You can add other vegitables such as Onion, Carrot, etc.
  • Salad cooking Oil / Sesami oil: Adequate amount
  • Yakisoba Sauce/Cyu-nou Sauce (Omega Sauce: check it!) : Adequate Amount (6 tbsp-more)
  • Aonori: Small amount
  • Beni-Shoga: Small amount

Cooking Instruction

  • Cut pork into small pieces.

  • Cut vegetables (Cabbages, carrot, onion, etc) into smal pieces.

  • Heat up a frying pan. (if you have Chinese Wok, it is also good to use.) with salad oil/sesami oil.

  • Stir pork and vegetablers well, Then put all the ingredients a side, put those in a dish.

  • Heat up the frying pan, then fry Yakisoba noodles with 1 cup of water. Stair it well. After noodle is dry, add all ingredients, which are cooked previous time.

  • Fill Yakisoba Sauce, mix all together well. (You can smell great and hear good sound of "juuuuuuuu".)Stair it about 3 minutes.

  • After the collor of noodle become brown and get slight burn on it, stop cooking.

  • Fill those to serving dishes. Sprinkle Aonori and Beni-Shoga, if you wish. Now ready to serving.
