Tamago Tofu
( Egg Tofu )

Ingredients (serbs for 4people)

  • Eggs
  • Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi (Soup Stock)
  • Mirin

  • 4peaces
  • 60cc
  • 2tsp

Cooking Instruction

  1. Hatch eggs in a ball and whisk them, add water, Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi and Mirin, mix all well.

  2. 2 Filter it through a colander in to a ball calmly.

  3. Put all into a steamer, and steam it at 75-85 degrees Celsius (a low temperature) for approximately 25 minutes and cool it.
