Dashimaki Tamago (Roled Egg)


  • Egg : 3
  • Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi/Golden Tamari Sauce: 2 tbsp
    • Dashi powder (if you chose to use Golden Tamari Sauce instead to use Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi): 1 tsp
  • Mirin: 1 tbsp
  • Suger: 1 tbsp
  • refined soybean oil (Refined oil): adequate amount

Cooking Instruction

  1. Hatch eggs into a bowl and stir it. Then add Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi (or Golden Tamari Sauce and Dashi powder), Mirin and suger, then stir it all well.
  2. Heat up frying pan, pour oil a little too much and extend it and remove unnecessary oil.
  3. Add 1/3 of "1", crush bubbles and wind it up slowly toward you from the other side where you fix not to move.
  4. Add a not crowded part with oil and repeat work same as "3".
  5. Finally, set eggs on a larger dishi. Add grated radish to preference. Ready for serving
